The customer agrees to provide complete and accurate information required for the Premium Airport Special Service. Incomplete & inaccurate information is not eligible for a refund.
For coordination with customers, Premium Airport Special Service requires an active mobile number for customers who will use the Premium Airport Special Service, both arrival and departure services. If the customer does not provide their mobile number, the Premium Airport Special Service will not be responsible if an error occurs in the service and will still be charged the full rate.
Premium Airport Special Service is not responsible for force majeure which results in flight delays/cancellations (delays/cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, air traffic, airline strikes, flight cancellations by airlines without any reason, airport closures, sudden passenger illness, etc).
Rates for Adults and children will be charged at normal rates.
Rates for Infants 0 – 2 years are free of charge (free).
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Booking
All bookings must be received in writing via the online booking form on the website and mobile application, or via email at least 8 hours before the scheduled arrival/departure of Domestic passenger flights and at least 12 hours before the scheduled arrival/departure of International passenger flights.
Order confirmation will be sent to the customer's email after the order is received.
After the confirmation is sent, the customer can change the order at least 2 hours before the Premium Airport Special Service service is performed.
The Premium Airport Special Service service provided to the customer is in accordance with the order received by the Premium Airport Special Service team. If there is an increase in the number of customers served by the Premium Airport Special Service team, then the customer must make an additional order and pay for the additional customer served by the Premium Airport Special Service team.
The Premium Airport Special Service service provided to the customer is in accordance with the order received by the Premium Airport Special Service team, and there is a difference in the number of customers served by the Premium Airport Special Service team, in this case if the number of customers served is less than the order, then there is no refund, unless a cancellation has been made 4 hours before the service is performed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer may cancel your Booking Request at least 4 hours before the Premium Airport Special Service is rendered, and a full refund of the amount paid for the Premium Airport Special Service.
If the booking is canceled in less than 4 hours, the payment is non-refundable.
In the event of force majeure which results in flight delays/cancellations (delays/cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, air traffic, airline strikes, flight cancellations by airlines without any reason, airport closures, sudden passenger illness, etc.) then a refund will be made. full funds of the amount paid for Premium Airport Special Service.
It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive at the airport on time according to airport & airline guidelines, Premium Airport Special Service is not responsible if the customer misses a flight due to delay without any reason and will still be charged the full fare.
If the customer misses the flight or is not on the flight, the customer must inform the Premium Airport Special Service team and the full fare will still be charged.
The refund procedure follows the applicable provisions in the Premium Airport Special Service finance section.
